OSV starts with context, defines the scope in writing and only requests payment after the service, deliverables and timeline are clear.
Scope
OSV defines what will be delivered, what is outside the current scope, what information is needed from the client and how the project will move forward.
Direction
Before production begins, we align on the page structure, system logic, visual tone and any operational requirements that affect the build.
Build
We design, write, structure and build in focused cycles. For static sites and digital systems, this can include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, asset preparation and setup documentation.
Review
Clients receive checkpoints based on the agreed scope. Feedback is reviewed against the project goals so revisions stay useful and controlled.
Delivery
Final files, pages, links, access notes, brand assets or workflow documentation are delivered digitally according to the approved terms.
Support
After delivery, support is available by email. Ongoing work can be scoped separately as monthly support or a follow-up project.
