Terms for digital services.
These terms explain how OSV handles scope-based digital service work, payments, delivery, revisions and support.
Acceptance of terms
By requesting, approving or paying for OSV services, the client agrees to these terms and to any written project scope provided by OSV. If a separate written agreement is signed, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Scope-based services
OSV provides digital services such as web design, landing pages, brand systems, content workflows, checkout setup, online service infrastructure, lightweight automation, interface direction and digital operations support.
Each project is defined by a written scope. The scope may include deliverables, timeline, review points, client responsibilities, payment terms and support details.
Payment after scope approval
OSV does not request payment before the client approves the scope. After approval, payment may be requested by invoice or secure payment link. Work begins according to the payment and project terms agreed in writing.
Any additional work outside the approved scope may require a revised quote or separate approval before it is started.
Digital delivery
OSV delivers work digitally. Delivery may include static website files, published pages, design assets, workflow documentation, setup notes, access instructions or other agreed deliverables.
Delivery timing depends on the approved scope, client feedback, required materials and any third-party platform availability.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, copy, access, approvals and feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in client materials or approvals may affect the timeline.
Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and confirming whether they meet the approved scope.
Revisions
Revision rounds are handled according to the approved project scope. Revisions should relate to the agreed deliverables and project goals. New features, major direction changes or additional pages may require a revised scope.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent to billing@osvault.uk. If a project is cancelled before work begins, OSV will review whether a refund or payment adjustment is appropriate.
If cancellation happens after work has started, any refund or balance depends on the approved scope, work already completed, time reserved and deliverables already provided.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive rights to the final paid deliverables created specifically for their project after full payment is received. OSV may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, templates, source patterns, know-how and internal process materials.
Clients must confirm they have the right to use any materials they provide to OSV.
Limitation of liability
OSV provides digital services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSV is not liable for indirect losses, platform outages, third-party service failures, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption related to the use of delivered work.
